    • Sprint Testing with Electronic Speed Gates – Measure your speed accurately, with video footage of your runs and your performance times sent directly to you via WhatsApp after the session.

    • Acceleration Focus – Enhance your ability to explode off the mark.

    • Top Speed Work – Develop the skills to reach and maintain your maximum speed.

    Subsequent Sessions will add:

    • Change of Direction Efficiency – Adapt your limb movements to redirect your path and get where you need to in a game.

    • Deceleration Work – Improve your ability to slow down quickly and under control, ready for your next move.

    • Agility & Reaction Drills – Enhance your decision-making and responsiveness.

    • Jumping & Landing Stability – Improve stability and reduce injury risk during jumps and landings.

  • Your progress doesn’t end when the session does! After gaining valuable knowledge and the tools to improve during your in-person session, you’ll have the option to begin Tier 1 – Speed HQ®, our app-based speed training platform.
